Easy to use, takes very nice pictures for a basic camera & the low price. It stays charged for quite a while if the battery is fully charged. The menu feature has all of the camera basics covered & I like the way it "explains" what the different menu items mean.

Even tho this cam is a yr or 2 old it's just as good if not way better than most of the cams in it's class and price range that records HD video. You can trust this statement. I spent much of this past Christmas break researching the best compact point and shoots with HD video recording capability for $200 and under. The three best were this Kodak M1033, the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS ELPH, and the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T90. These cameras were almost exactly tied in all the ratings and reviews I studied. I chose the Kodak M1033 because it looked easier to operate and was priced for less. The only thing really negative to say about this camera is that it was a litte tough to find.

A high quality easy to use camera for every day photos or hard to shoot low light high resolution photography. Super sub compact with optical zoom lens. The HD video record is a super bonus that works great with the EASY SHARE TV adapter. Just plug it in and instantly see your video and slide shows on your HD TV. Uses SD memory available in affordable sizes up to 16GB (and soon larger). Nice Kodak product, and I am a Nikon Fan.

I had an opportunity to borrow one of these while on vacation in Italy - I dropped my kodak 825. It is simple to use and has a nice wide screen - no view finder. For the money (I paid $99) this is a great little camera that takes fairly good video quality too. Not sure why people pay more for the Red or Blue ones, but it doesn't make the camera work any better. I like the ease of changing modes and selecting different scenes (night, backlit, landscape, etc).
